Proposal:

Obtain Photo-editing software to create, & design a logo for ATRV-A mission house of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence at no cost to ATRV. Make photograph of a Sister in full regalia and use that photograph for the base logo. Use logo to create Name tags. Raise money for Printing of Name tags and Play-fair materials.

 

EXPECTED OUTCOMES:

Printing of Play-fair pamphlet, Name Tags for ATRV, and a professionally created LOGO., and the finalized Creation of a permanent website.

EXPECTED COST:

Photo-shoot and production of photograph and Logo: $675

Photo-Editing Software: $200

Name Tag/ Play-fair Printing: $100

Website development: $5/mo with wix

 

EXPECTED DIFFICULTIES:

 Raising estimated $975.00. Required to complete the project.

 

SOLUTIONS:

1.As a Professional Photographer I can do the photo-shoot [pro-bono] of a sister in full regalia, and use that as the base of the Logo. Cost: $675 saved.

 

2.To raise the money for Name Tag Printing /Play-fair Printing, and for the software needed I will do an Industry trade:

A. I have agreed to do two Photo-shoots for a colleague (baby shower and engagement) in the photography industry local to Spokane, Wa. 

B.In exchange the necessary software to successfully edit and produce the logo and future photographs for ATRV will be granted.  Cost: $200 saved.

C.Said Colleague has also agreed to provide $100 for the cost of Printing Name tags, Play-fair pamphlets, and  a large banner if desired. A check for the amount of $100 will be delivered to my office at Ohr Sofer Photography.  Cost: $100 saved

 

1. Permanent Website creation:

   1. Reorganize website for permanent allocation to mainframe and sourcing with Coding base centralized with Wix.com and secondary file integration stored offsite on RAID mainframe.

Outcome:

Photo-shoot, Logo for ATRV, Name Tags for EVERY member of ATRV, 1stbatch of Play-Fair pamphlets printed, and ALL at NO COST to ATRV.    The combined use of a logo and nametags will help Community members to identify Sisters by name.  Handing out printed Play-Fair pamphlets will assist the house in HIV/AIDS education and outreach., permanent Website allocated for Abbey. J
